The NERD HERD!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's up everybody? Not much here, just still enjoying Hawaii. It's been nice because since about August we've had visitors just about every month. My sister Sarah and her family came in August, my mom came in September and my sister Shannon and her family came out in October for the Boise State game. It was pretty funny, the other day we were talking about cool people being doctors and stuff and Shannon said "can you believe Taylor Swift is a Doctor?" After laughing for about two days, I told her I think you're meaning Taylor Seare my dear:) I was so disappointed I couldn't make it to NYC for the World Series, I found a sweet deal on airfare, it was the game ticket that was a killer. One of these days we will all half to meet up half way, I think a good half way point would be California. But if you have already come that far, you might as well just come all the way to Hawaii. I'm still expecting to see Noah and Taylor here this upcoming spring to celebrate their upcoming achievements. I think both of them are just scared to come out because I might beat them in golf, cereal eating contest, pancake eating contest, I could go on and on. Noah, you and I still need to have an ice cream eating contest. Hopefully you don't try and cheat kinda like Ryan Allen did in the cereal eating contest. My grandma eats her grape nuts quicker than Ryan ate his Honey Bunches of Oats. Well hope all is well and hope to see everybody soon. You guys are always welcome!

Aloha from Hawaii!
What's up everybody? Nothing much here, same as always: school, work, beach, blah, blah, blah. My sister Sarah just came to visit with her family and my mom will be here on the 29th! I just found out that my sister Shannon and her family are coming out for the Boise State vs UH game the end of Oct. All these visitors but none of them are SLACKERS from NYC. Hope all is well.

SUCKA!!! We love our new house, much more room, no more traffic, plus I get to ride the silver bullet to work everyday! Now when you guys come to visit, we will have plenty of room! Hope to see everybody soon.

Aloha from the Big Island.....
We just got back from probably our first ever Aldrich 5 family vacation ever. For my birthday/father's day, we took a three day trip to the Big Island. It was pretty exciting to see the volcano, the black sand beaches and the resort we stayed at was amazing. It was pretty rough having to leave Hawaii and come home to Hawaii:) Next stop Maui!!!!!

Some more pics and videos......
It's a rough life but somebody's got to do it......
Our favorite place in the whole world, the North Shore
Hello everybody, it has been awhile since we have posted anything. My Mom and sister Sarah just came out recently but it was kind of sad when they left because now we have no visitors to look forward to. Not much going on here, just the same old, same old. Beach, work, kids and I just started graduate school, I think I am a lifetime learner:) We hear from Christy that everybody there is prego, there's not much else to do during economic times like these! Well hope all is well and we hope to see any of you guys soon!

More pics from the Griff's visit.......
Monday, October 13, 2008
Well, it's a sad day......
Well, the Griffeths have come and gone. We have had so much fun with them and were so glad that they got to come visit us in paradise. At one point it almost felt as if we were all out here on vacation together and were suppose to return home to NYC together also. I do have to say that Aubry got the 1st place trophy in surfing, Shanny with the Silver medal and Josh with the bronze:) Josh seemed to come in last in almost everything he did in Hawaii. (golf, surfing, etc.) Thanks for the King-Size candy bar, fountain soda and bucket of Diet Pepsi, I think you still owe me $1.60!!!!!!! Maybe next time! We sure do miss you guys and can't wait to see you again!!! If you ever want to quit your job, you always have a place to stay. We'll be posting more once our ghetto computer and camera will work with us. Muchos Maholos D.B.'s

TWO MORE WEEKS for the Griffeths!!!
Shanny and Kaleb on the Boogie-Board!
Kyler just being Kyler!
Brokeback Mountain meets the NHL! As you can tell by the red face, I'm a little out of shape:)
My little Tomboy!! She's a BOISE STATE FAN!!!! Hello everybody, sorry we haven't posted for awhile but things have been a little crazy lately. Since posting last Shanny has gotten a part time job working the front desk at Regis Hair Salon. It's pretty nice because it gives her a little break but it's a big change because we are so use to having lots of time together. Call me MR. MOM! Who would have thought that after living in ID, UT and the North East that I would learn to play ice hockey in HI. We are getting so excited for the Griffeths to come. I just found out that they will be medically discharging me so we'll probably only be here for another 6-8 months or so. Even though we have only be here about two months, we have all fallen in love with it here. It's just to bad that it is so expensive out here. If there is any way that we can find a way to afford to stay, we probably will but I more than likely see us moving back to the great Gem State! Well I hope all is well with everybody and we sure do miss you all. Hope to hear from you soon.
