Shanny completed her first big race today! It was a 10k that went up and into Diamondhead then back down to Waikiki. She did it with her friends Lisa and Lindsay, they seemed to have a lot of fun. This last week the Coast Guard Dr. finally found me fit for full duty so it looks like I will have a job and we'll be living in Hawaii for the next three years!!! Then who knows after that?? The next event on the Aldrich family calender will be next Saturday's Hale Koa Biathlon, it's a 5k run and a 1k swim, should be lots of fun. In April, Shanny and I might attempt to do a 10k together with me pushing a two kid jogging stroller and her pushing the single kid jogging stroller but we'll see if we are that brave. Noah, just to let you and Ryan know that since the Nets game, I am still working on my lats like crazy! Hopefully one day they will measure up. Talk to everybody later.

Congratulations Shannon!!! I am so impressed. I could never run an uphill race. (Ok so I could never run a race). That is really cool that you did it, and you look great! Wish we could come see you guys. Aubri

Wow you guys are kickin' butt over there in Hawaii! Kevin is training to do a bike race from Seattle to Portland... it's over 200 miles we will see if he can do it! He's getting pretty excited about it. I'm jealous of you guys though you both look great! Some day I'll be as ambitious as you! =) You're my inspiration Shannon! I miss you guys!
